RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – NESTICA

1. RETURN PERIOD
The customer has up to 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
• Product intact and unused
• Original packaging
• No signs of wear

3. INELIGIBLE ITEMS
• Used products
• Personalized items
• Hygiene items after opening

4. RETURN PROCESS
Request via email: support@nesticashop.com Include order number and photos of the product.

5. REFUND
After review, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 days.

6. DELAYED ORDERS
NESTICA uses international logistics. We consider it a delay when the estimated delivery time plus 15 days is exceeded.

7. DAMAGED PRODUCT
In case of damage, send photos within 48 hours for free replacement.

8. CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after purchase.

9. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address. Orders returned due to address errors are not refunded.
